2. VP44 Lift Pump
Bean's Diesel Performance custom fuel system
replaces the entire fuel system from the tank
selector forward. It comes with Stanadyne filters,
one 150 micron pre-filter, and one 5 micron final
filter; both with water separators and sediment
bowls. The pump is a Bosch 044 fuel pump that
supports up to 250cc injectors. It also includes a
FuelLab regulator, an oil pressure shut off switch, a
relay along with all needed hoses, fittings and wires.
This kit is also available with dual pumps for larger
injector applications.

8. OBS Efuel
The Supplemental Cooling Additives (SCA's) and
engine oil should be checked and changed
regularly to ensure they are in good condition.
Diesel gelling in the fuel tank is a common problem
in the winter. You should, therefore, use the proper
diesel grade (preferably D1 or a mixture of D1 and
D2) especially in areas where temperatures drop
below -10C or 50F. Fuel and oil filters as well as fuel
and water separators are under more stress in winter
and should receive close attention to avoid
problems.
