Entrepreneurship is a behaviour focussing on opportunities and
can happen in small, medium and large organisations. It is
therefore sometimes a feature of a small business manager or
owner, but not all small business managers and owners are
entrepreneurs.

3. SMALL BUSINESS:
A small business is a vehicle for entrepreneurship and can be
entrepreneurial when it introduces new products, services or
processes. Small businesses can also merely be a business that
does not incur change, exists to earn a living for the owner and
can be a small shop, franchise or a professional practice.

4. SMALL BUSINESS MANAGER:
Is the person who manages and runs a small business. This
person is responsible for the profitability of the business and
must have, learn and develop management skills.
