2. • LBA since 1 year
• H/o tubercular cold abscess over left side of chest wall 6months ago
• Started on 1 week of AKT then stopped
• Loss of bowel sensations and power since 10 days, started on tablets
RZE and alternate days of Inj Streptomycin on the basis of MRI
findings – Involvement of D11-D12-L1 vertebral bodies with well
organised anterior epidural soft tissue and B/L psoas abscesses
