• Mr. Lee apprenticed with noted planners and architects after receiving his B of
Architecture degree from University of Illinois followed with graduate studies in Urban
Design @ the Columbia University. His unique skills are the result of having synthesized his
academic training with hands-on and management experience in finance, valuation,
construction, marketing, and leasing and property management. He has also been effective
in communicating with neighborhood groups; local, federal officials in the entitlement and
rezoning process and in creating long term value enhancing development opportunities.
Capturing the lion share of Build-to-suit projects through proven “excellence in service”,
while collaborating with local economic development agencies and key brokerage agents.
• Through association with Portman Properties, Prudential Real Estate Investments,
Cadillac Fairview, Howard Hughes Properties and K Wah Properties, Mr. Lee managed a
total in excess of 1.7 million square feet of office, industrial and other commercial projects
in addition to over 1100 multi-family units in urban complexes in China.
• Utilizing his communication skills, Mr. Lee succeeded in confirming a consensus new
development program due to changing economic condition through working with various
disciplines in the group. Further more, Mr. Lee was instrumental in building effective
development teams including the organizational structure, staffing and managing key
personals in development, construction and marketing / leasing.

Hughes Center, a mixed-use complex on 120 areas of vacant land located about ½
miles from the Las Vegas Strip.
Based on market and environment analysis in addition to neighborhood group inputs,
MR Lee succeeded in the approval of a PUD Master Plan , zoned and entitled for 4.2
million SF of offices / retail with a residential out parcel zoned for 23 units per acre.
Development guidelines were recorded for the residential and the office parcels.

Center
Located south of the Las Vegas Airport. The
350 acre parcel boasts convenient access to
southern Las Vegas Strip and I-15, the major
N-S freeway with easy access to Utah and
Southern California. Portion of the site is
also served by the Southern Pacific Railway.
The Master Planning of the Industrial Park
was result of collaborating with Nevada
Development Authority (NDA) and the
industrial team at Coldwell Banker (CBRE).
Primary goal was to attract manufacturing
and warehousing industries in order to
broaden the economic base of the City.
Due to the presence of Southern Pacific,
Railroad in certain part of the park can
accommodate those requiring rail served
warehousing facilities. A 52 acres area was
also designated as Foreign Trade Zone,
providing tax incentives for industries
requiring warehousing imported parts for
manufacturing purposes.
