2. Once you have logged in as a student, you will see the options
in your dashboard as below.
3. Report Card
1. Students are able to view their module results online
once it is published by the Programme Administrator.
2. Students will also able to print their own report card
(transcript)
4. Attendance & Events
• Attendance
Students may ignore this section, as it is not applicable for online students.
• Events
Students may view any event which admin has added in the portal such as the
final exam period etc. This also can be seen on their dashboard
5. Notice Board
• Students are urged to log into their portal as often as possible to check for any
latest announcement posted by the programme administrator. This can also be
seen on their dashboard
6. Social Learning
• Students will be able to view the number of posts posted under the Social Learning on their
dashboard which are from General platform and also from the modules that they can access.
7. Learning Management System (LMS)
1. Students will be given module access upon the commencement of their respective
programme. Date of commencement is as stated in the intake planner.
2. Once students click the module, the learning materials will be available at the left side
under the Flip Class. (please refer to slide no.8)
3. There are also the Discussion forum, Assessment, Quizzes and Resources platform on the
top right hand side
a) Discussion Forum (please refer to slide no.9) – Student can post any queries under this
platform and respective module leader or admin will assist their queries accordingly.
b) Assessment (please refer to slide no.10) – This section will be uploaded with assignment
questions and student to submit their submissions online.
C) Quiz (please refer to slide no.11) – This section will be uploaded with final exam question and
student to attempt it within the exam period provided.
d ) Resources (please refer to slide no.12) – This section will be uploaded with additional
resources such us journal , text book etc.
e ) Live Lecturers (please refer to slide no.13 & 14) – This section is for student’s support via
Online sessions such as Zoom / Microsoft Teams / Meet .
15. Other Features
• Help
Contact Support – Students will also be able to send their queries via this option ,
and the Programme Administrator will reply to students accordingly via email.
Knowledge Base – These are basic documentations provided by our PLS Developer
for the student to view and understand the dashboard/portal.

Students can edit their profile such as address , email id , upload profile picture etc .
