- Developed a web application using Java Servlets, Struts, HTML, CSS, JavaScripts, JSPs, and a Oracle 11g database for the State Bank of India's Green Card
Remittance initiative that was used in its Cashless Deposit machines all over India in over 14000 branches.
- Implemented various incident requests from clients on a regular basis working as a Production Support Engineer, by constant interactions with them through one
on one interactions, meetings, and emails.
- Documented and co-authored the Software Requirements Specification documents for two incident requests from clients regarding the Express Card Remittance
System for paperless remittance.
- Generated sensitive and critical daily transaction reports for the use of both the Green Card Remittance and the Express Card Remittance systems by using PL-SQL
and also formulated the results using Microsoft Office for ease of use by the client.

SafePrintf‑ Safeguarding the 'printf' family of functions Apr 2016
- Designed a 'safeprintf' library that would prevent format string attacks and unaccounted access to memory, thus preventing an attacker from making illegitimate
writes to the memory and stopping him from executing arbitrary shell code.
- Using the LD_PRELOAD interface, we designed our own version of the printf family of functions (printf, sprintf, snprintf, fprintf) without altering the functionality of
any of the original functions.
Spatial Data Storage for Java Minibase implementation Jun 2016
- Extended the functionality of the Java minibase created by Dr. Raghu Ramakrishnan to incorporate the storage of spatial data (shapes like rectangle, triangle and
circle).
- Implementation supported retrieving data using SELECT statements, calculation of area, distance and intersection between shapes and creating indexes on the
data using a Binary Tree data structure.
Encryption Algorithm Design and Certi鋀�icate Usage Feb 2016
- Designed a reversible Encryption algorithm that uses the ‘confusion’ approach to create ciphertexts from plaintexts and can also easily give us the plaintext when
we know the cipher and the right key.
- Designed a brute force approach to crack the key from a possible 2^32 keys, if the plaintext and the ciphertext are known. Using cryptanalysis, also designed a
rainbow table to crack any 4 letter password quicker than the brute force method.
- Familiarized myself with creation and verification of Private Keys, Public Keys and Certificates using the PKCS12 Certificate Format.
Android 'Chatbots' for Naive Computer Users Nov 2013 ‑ Apr 2015
- Designed ‘Chatbots' for the Android OS, that acted as a personal assistant for helping out naive computer users with technical difficulties. Designed three such
'chatbots' with different personalities for different level of expertise. Artificial Intelligence Markup Language (AIML) was used as the database and the application
was designed using Eclipse IDE and the Android SDK.
