The PSWE was established in 2004 as a result of participation of
Hieronim Chojnacki in the ”Baltic Sea Virtual Campus” project
PSWE is an umbrella organization - currently over 40 people
cooperate with PSWE within Project Teams which use a uniform
PMI project management methodology:
