technology company.
• Head quarters in Beijing, China and Morrisville.
• Lenovo was the world’s largest personal
computer render by until sales from 2013 to
2015.

Their vision is that Lenovo will create personal devices
more people are inspired to own, a culture more people
aspire to join and enduring, trusted business that is well
respected around the world.

Is to become one of the world's great technology
companies.

The main focus of LENOVO organization
culture is based on five P’s which is:
• P –PLAN
• P –PERFORM
• P –PRIORITIZE
• P –PRACTICE
• P -PIONEER
CONTROLLING
• Lenovo is committed to its compliance in
developing products to meet customer's standard
and to ensure the safety of the products
throughout its lifecycle.
• A method used to discipline late arrival workers is
to stand in the corner if late to the meeting and it
was also imposed on them.
• Its goal to keep the controls of its products is
because of its commitment of continuing to
leverage the spirit of innovation and technological
breakthroughs into new categories and also to
spread technological growth.
LEADING
• According to De Waal (2012), the leadership
style followed in Lenovo is not selfish.
• As per the leadership style of Gerry Smith,
while making innovations in their products,
Lenovo analyze their customer’s requirement
and needs with prioritization.
MOTIVATING
• According to Lenovo’s welfare, employees are
their main asset for the company.
• Lenovo is a well-recognized as a leading employer.
• It sticks to its principle of “Making the world
better because of Lenovo”.
• Lenovo is committed to also raise employees’
awareness in all aspects of responsibility to
encourage values to persuade staffs to volunteer.
