3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
(Dust Control)
 Dust control product works best on NON CLAY and NON GYPSUM
soils and aggregates.
 Dust control can last for years with just one application using the
proper application rate and soil type. Wind blown dust onto
the treated surface may reduce the effectiveness and longevity of
the application from being covered by new untreated dust
particles. We recommend on site inspection and soil suitability lab
tests to determine the best solution for your needs.
 Dust Control is a 100% Non Toxic / Non Hazardous *G.R.A.S. clear
almost odorless liquid that surrounds soil particles to prevent them
from becoming airborne on dirt and gravel roads. Rain will not wash
away Dust Control and the sun will not dry it out.

 This product is a synthetic copolymer specially formulated for non-
traffic, dust, sand & soil control applications to form a flexible and
durable skin over most surfaces. It has an excellent track record in
reducing sand and soil movement in many light duty civil
construction applications.
 This product is a unique, environmentally friendly product and can
be classified as:
 Non-leaching or dissipating
 Non-toxic to animals
 Non-corrosive
 Non-leaching or dissipating
 Non-inhibitive to plant growth
 Environmentally safe

track record in in many light duty civil construction applications.

 Non-corrosive
 Non-leaching or dissipating
 Non-inhibitive to plant growth
 Environmentally safe

9. THE USAGE
 SOIL STABILISATION AND SAND MIGRATION CONTROL:
 Penetrate the surface and forms a hard, stable crust.
 Inhibits dune creep by stabilizing the dune surface.
 Treated protective berms, divert and reduce the effects of wind borne sand.
 Provides a solid surface which reduces sand build up. For: Roads, Railways, Car parks,
Industrial facilities.
 EROSION CONTROL:
Reinforces soil against wind, rain, and traffic erosion For: Secondary containment structure
(i.e. tank bunds), Trails, paths and access roads, Cuttings and embankments, Road
shoulder.
 DUST CONTROL:
The Polymer binds surface dust and sand particles For: Roads, Parking areas, Winds
farms, Helicopter pads, Industrial facilities / loading facilities, stables, tracks, solar plants,
etc.
 ROAD CONSTRUCTION:
 Reinforces soil in wet & dry conditions
 Increased load bearing capacity (CBR rating)
 Reduces soil permeability.
 Eliminates migration of fines
