Political enmity is inherited between students in Bangladeshi universities, as students join political groups associated with either the president or secretary of the student government. This creates divisions and conflicts between the two panels as they try to dominate campus spaces and activities. Even if two students originally had no relationship or enmity, if one joins the president's group and one the secretary's, they will see each other as enemies. This inherited enmity can last beyond university and infect other social circles. To stop this cycle, students are advised to focus on personal relationships over political ones and avoid conflicts when possible.
