PhillyMINI is the area's premier MINI-
enthusiast, non-profit motoring club.
PhillyMINI strives to bring together all
MINI/Mini owners throughout the tri-state
area, while promoting the joys of motoring
through well orchestrated, high quality, safe
events.

Ambassadors of PhillyMINI
Ambassadors are members who are recognized for going
above and beyond at events and behind the scenes. Officers
nominated and voted on Ambassadors for 2008.

9. Change to the MINIstry
MINIster of Promotions Kristi Hamilton has asked to
step down.
Officer Dave Geiger will take her place.
Responsibilities include:
- Press releases for large events and charity events
- Monthly Newsletter to members

Why be more charitable?
By donating our time and money to charitable
causes, we open ourselves up to publicity as well as
the opportunity for grants and funding from
corporate sources.
In 2007 we added 4 Charity events to our rallies.

1. PhillyMINI Meet-up: introduced “Change 4 Change” program where
participants donated spare change to be given to Philadelphia Meals on
Wheels. Amt donated:
2. Four Dogs: donations to Partners for Life Canine Companion program.
Proceeds from swag sales, raffles and clings were donated to this program.

17. PhillyMINI Motoring Membership- $35 |
This is a membership for the MINI owner.
They can fill their MINI with as many passengers as there are
seatbelts at no additional charge.
Motoring Members will receive the following:
• Annual waiver
• Official PhillyMINI lanyard | 2008 is INDI BLUE
• Member card/Name badge with INDI BLUE logos
• Discounts @ MINI dealerships and other MINI vendors
• 2008 Member cling
• Access to members-only portions of the forums/Avatar graphic on the forums
• Voting rights at future Member Meetings
• Special member perks throughout the year
Price will NOT change
18. PhillyMINI Navigator Membership- $10 |
This type of membership is for anyone who wants to support the
club but doesn't have a MINI. (A consistent navigator, a friend of
PhillyMINI, etc)
Navigating Member will get the following benefits:
• Annual waiver
• Official PhillyMINI INDI BLUE lanyard
• Member card/Name badge
• Access to the forums
Price will NOT change
19. PhillyMINI Non-member Rally Fee- $5 |
This type of fee is for those MINI owners who want to check us out before
becoming an "official" member. Also for those who have not yet become
a paying member. It is a $5 "pay to play " charge.
A $5 fee will be charged for their MINI to participate with up to 3
passengers per event.
Past $5 fees paid cannot be applied to a new membership
Social gatherings like International Nights or Favorite Dinners meet &
greets will not have a charge.
