Supercar Equities, Inc. d/b/a Club Tourismo is offering 10,000 shares of Participating, Preferred, Convertible, Callable stock at $100 per share in order to raise up to $1 Million in a Series A round of funding. Investors will receive: 12% stated, cumulative dividend, paid quarterly. 10% sharing in the net profits, paid on 6/30 and 12/31 The ability to convert their preferred stock to any other security the company may offer at a 2:1 rate.
