HL Milk Consultants Sdn Bhd was established in 2014, well known for its
involvement in varying scales of projects that span between residen-
tial, retail, commercial, education and hospitality. We provide a variety
of services as we have a vast array of support departments within the
company which include a fully functioning architecture firm, quanti-
ty surveying unit, engineering office and a landscaping department.
Within these group of members, we strive for tip-top coordination thus
leading to efficient operations. We share our expertise and knowledge
to help businesses attain goals and solve problems in various industries.
The company’s focus is to be efficient yet provide quality work for the
client, with competitive but reasonable prices, preventing unnecessary
matters. Therefore, our core of members are to work coordinatively in
