initial idea.

Bathmat
For the bathmat I will start with a shallow square. I will

Soap
I will start with a cuboid and by adding multiple edge loops I
can then make it rounded at the edges. I consider my work
a piece of art and art needs signing off, I will include my
name/signature engraved in the soap almost like a brand
but adds my own identity to the object.

http://www.designsmag.com/2011/07/how-to-
make-tooth-brush-in-3d-studio-max/ I know the tutorial is in 3DS max
however I can get the basic principles
of making the toothbrush from this
                                                  step by step tutorial.

                                        Adding imperfections adds realism to
the objects if I add singular strands
for the bristles of the toothbrush I can
manipulate them to make it look like
the toothbrush has been used, it
adds character to the object and the
                                        environment.
Toothpaste Tube
The toothpaste tube is pretty basic, for
the grooves and indents on the lid and
base will be a multiplication of
      extrusions.
I then will distort the tube to make it look
slightly used. I will create the lid
separately like one of them shown
below. The toothpaste itself will be
made by using a spline so the pathway
of the toothpaste will be almost
      spontaneous.
Rubber Duck

I have decided that I could use the The bill of the duck will be the
basic template from the soap, this most challenging I believe as
saves time and ensures it is it isn’t close to any polygon
averagely the same shape. (cyclinder, square etc).

The attribute added to the object needs to be as
close to looking like rubber as possible, to make the
difference between the hard and rigid material of the
bath and the flexible and bendy material of the
                                                rubber.
Bathtub
The bath will be fairly basic, with a
cuboid to begin with and distorting it
will add the curvature of the bath.

I will also be using the model of the
taps from an another source (my
friend). I will then just changing the
reflectivity to adapt to the new
environment it will be in for example
                         adding the reflectivity of the
                         bathroom/bathtub.

                                                             I might avoid doing

Environment
Floor & Wall texture For the wall and floor I will use a
                                  bump map, this gives the
                                impression of texture without
                                 adding extra polygons etc.

camera won’t focus too much all
the walls and floor so it is just to
                                         add depth.

Extra objects

Extra objects make up the environment, they make it look realistic and
detailed. There are websites like TurboSquid that offer objects created
on 3D modeling software from other users who upload them for varied
prices and often free. From here I will find other objects such as:

      - Sink
      - Cabinet
      - Toothbrush pot
      - Towel
      - Towel rail
      - Toilet roll holder
