8. Collaborator vs. Administrator
Can assign punch items
Can change punch item’s status to “Pending” or “In Review” (IF the
issue is assigned to them)
Can only close self-assigned punch items.
Can archive and permanently delete personal punch items
Can create MyTags
Can remove themselves from projects
Cannot archive and permanently delete master punch items
Cannot attach documents
Cannot upload drawings
Cannot delete sheets
Cannot delete projects

12. Punch List Status
Open: Problem has been seen, signified by a solid
circle
In Review: Problem has been seen by assignee,
signified by a dotted circle
Pending: Problem has been solved by assignee,
signified by dotted circle with slash through the
center
Closed: Original creator has seen the solved problem
and decides that it has been corrected, signified by a
solid circle with a solid slash through the circle
