I was looking to follow this type of
image for my music magazine with
the model looking straight ahead at
the camera and with a serious facial
expression. Also I wanted a medium-
close up shot focusing on her face
with the text going across her
shoulder.
I also wanted to try a medium-long
shot showing the models outfit to
show their identity and this also
makes it clear what genre of music
magazine it is, because the reader
knows by the type of clothes the
genre of the music magazine.
I wanted a similar image to this for
my double page spread which would
take up a whole page and the other
page would be text. This image is a
medium-close up which makes it
seem like it is up close and personal
with the model/music artist attracting
the readers.
