Experience
Head of Rural Estate Management at Bruton Knowles
January 2014 - Present (2 years 9 months)
Having joined Bruton Knowles as a Partner and Rural Team Manager, I have acted for a wide range of clients
in the private, public, institutional, local authority, charity and trust sectors. I place considerable value on
building good client relationships and in achieving high service delivery standards whilst operating in the
complex and evolving rural property sector throughout England and Wales.
With a firm focus towards the development of the firm's rural property and estate management business,
I have become involved with both farm and rural estate projects throughout the country. I try to bring the
benefit of 20 year’s industry experience to enhance the value and performance of a client’s property interests,
whether through the development of new income streams, enhancing capital value or in consolidating
operations. If you are interested in finding out more about our range of skills and services please contact me
directly, as below, or visit www.brutonknowles.co.uk
I have assisted landowners with sales and purchases, strategic advice, one-off consultations and valuations. I
believe my strengths lie in a thorough understanding of rural property ownership, and the opportunities that it
can provide whether through direct growth, investment, diversification or restructuring.
