This is a step-by-step guide for how to navigate in the Petty Cash Module in the Cash Management System.

1. Petty Cash Management
Module Navigation

2. Introduction
 This presentation will show you how to navigate in
the Petty Cash Management module including:
◦ How to toggle between the Petty Cash Management Home and
Transactions View.
◦ How to toggle between Transactions View and Reconciliation View.
◦ How to toggle between Transactions Details View and Form View.
◦ How to Search for transactions.
◦ How to launch the Help library.

3. Toggle Between
Petty Cash Home and Transactions

4. Step 1: Launch the System

5. Step 2: Navigate to the Petty Cash Module (Home)*
* If the module doesn’t open by default.

6. Step 3: Click a Go To Link

7. The Go To Transaction Logs Link Was Clicked

8. Step 4: Click the Home Button to Return to Home*
The Home Button
* From either Transaction Logs or Reconciliations.

9. Home is Opened Again

10. Toggle Between Transactions
Details View and Form View

11. Step 1: Click the Go To Transaction Logs Link on the Home Page

12. Step 2: In Details View Click the Form View Button
