The 85th Academy Awards winners were announced. Argo won Best Picture, with producers Grant Heslov, Ben Affleck and George Clooney accepting the award. Daniel Day-Lewis won Best Actor for his role in Lincoln. Jennifer Lawrence won Best Actress for her role in Silver Linings Playbook. Ang Lee won Best Director for Life of Pi, which also won for Best Music and Best Visual Effects.
