 Planned and executed an operations budget in excess of $6 million.
 Drafted and staffed individual augmentation human resources policy for the command.
 Liaison with the Joint Staff, Office of Secretary of Defense, US Army Human Resources

 Selected for and deployed to Afghanistan to stand up the new combatant command US forces
