Sr. Motor Claims Examiner
Motor Claims Department.
Tasks:
0* Processing claims to ensure prompt and equitable settlements of the claims.
1* Posting the adequate reserve for each file is handling and ensuring the reserve is
always updated based on the development of the claim.
2* Follow up claim documents and ensure that the check will be issued in time.
3* Review on monthly basis all outstanding claim files and recommend closure if
necessary to supervisor.
4* Documenting fully all aspects of the investigation and analyze loss details to
determine liability.
5* Negotiating with insured’s claimants, insurers and solicitors in order to settle
claims.
6* Ensure completion of all necessary forms and processing payment.
7* Ensure timely, accurately and adequately reporting of loss transaction into
computer system.
8* Report to the supervisor and follow up the salvage disposal as per company policy.
From 13/06/2015 till now assigned to support in AIG – UAE as Representative
Recovery
Tasks:
9* Handel all Salvage/subrogation to maximize amounts received from third parties.
10* Follow up with all insurance companies every month to exchange the credit
notes between AIG and TPIC.
11*Ability to handle all files of higher value and/or complexity than those handled by
the core level.
12* Receivable all claims files from TPIC and settle it as per AIG policy and SLA.
13* Handle all Salvage cases and ensure to include all vehicles in the periodic
auction.
14* Follow up with the auctioneer to move all salvage from the vendors to their
yard.
15* Follow up the auction with the auctioneer and audit the auction result to ensure
to get the highest amount of salvage.
16* Receive the original titles from the customer and follow up the claims team to
ensure the customer provide us the original titles and finish all procedures.
