website and application visitors are.

identifying the need to improve the
user experience and engagement to

like a one on one conversation
between a business representative
and customer.

based on his needs and let him know

So personalization is a means of meeting the customer's needs more effectively
and efficiently, making interactions faster and easier and, consequently,
increasing customer satisfaction and the likelihood of repeat visits.
Personalization should start off with knowing who your customers are
and why they visit your website or your application.
WAYS TO PERSONALIZE
• Enhancing user experience
Tracking users’ browsing patterns and
eliminating irrelevant messages to the user
would help in improving the user experience
• Localization
Creating different versions of websites and
advertisements that are customized to
appeal to local taste, culture and currency
will help to increase conversion rates.
• Loyalty programs
Personalized loyalty programs help in
repetitive buying behaviour. One must make
sure that meaningful and relevant messages
and incentives are given out to customers.

This is a low cost option. You can collect and
record user activity data in cookies in order
to drive improved user experience to your
