Project Title: Helping the Agape Teenagers become more Self-Sufficient
INTRODUCTION:Follow these steps to help you research information for your project. You
must do the activity one step at the time.
STEP 1 TASK DEFINITION
Define your problem/ project. (What am I supposed to do? Why?)
Agape is an orphanage that offers special-needs kids a place to call home. Agape has a
program called “bread of life bakery” which creates jobs and a working environment for the
older kids in the orphanage, so to teach them how to become self-sufficient. The project is to
set up weekly bake sales for Agape to raise funds to buy any equipment needed or the repair
of equipment, and to help the Agape Teenagers to become more self-sufficient by working in
the Bakery.
OBJECTIVES (What will I learn?):
I will learn about the different types of disease, about the orphanage, the different stages to set
up a fundraiser,
THE WORKINGMETHODS (How will I work – individual / group – who will do what;
what process/es will I follow?:
I shall work individually, with the help of Mrs. Hall. Working through the Stages, getting
permission from Dr. Zilber, PTA,Eurest etc, then researching and finding out what the
requirements and what are the expectations of Agape and then putting the plan into action.
THE FINAL RESULT (What language form will I use to communicate my information?):
My information would be presented through a PowerPoint and weekly bake sales.
IDENTIFY THE INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS. (What information do I need? i.e.
facts,examples, diagrams, table, graphs, experts.)
I would need a better understanding of the community that I shall be serving.
Step 2. INFORMATION SEEKINGSTRATEGIES
