SITUATION : I wore BISS T-shirt, comfortable pants. I didn't tie my hair up. The condition was
very good. Maybe it was the day that I have the best condition. After running, I was almost dead.

GOALS : I will run in 90 seconds each laps.




PLAN : I will practice running every night. I will sleep for 10 hours a day before that day. I will eat
lots of foods which contain lots of good nutrients.
SITUATION : The weather was not very hot, little bit windy. I didn't bring a water bottle again. It
was terrible, I really really needed it. And I wore long pants, snickers, BISS T-shirts. Also I didn't
tie up my hair.

GOALS : I will run in 85 seconds in one lap.

lots of foods which contain lots of good nutrients. Also I will tie up my hair very tightly.

-Yes, I think that the condition on that day was very very good.
4. Was your strategy different during the 2nd test? - I ate lunch small, and slept for 8 hours.
5. What is your goal for the 3rd test? - I will run in 85 seconds in one lap.
6. What is your strategy for the 3rd test? - I will practice running every night. I will sleep for 10
