1. The State Authority (SA) has the power to issue permits to use air space above state or reserved land for the purpose of erecting, maintaining, and occupying structures. 2. Applications for permits must be made in the prescribed form to the land administrator, along with the prescribed fee and approved plans. For structures on reserved land, consent from the officer in charge is required. 3. If satisfied, the SA will approve the application and the land administrator will issue the permit in the prescribed form, subject to annual fees and other specified terms and conditions.

9. Section 75G - Power to cancel Permits.
(1) a permit may be cancelled immediately if there
is breach of rule, term or condition.

(2) A permit may be cancelled before expiry at SA
discretion even if there is no breach.
