1. It gives me a great pleasure to launch this
e-bulletin “PEHCHAN”.
It has always been a pleasant experience
meeting Rotaractors from different clubs around
the country and beyond geographical boundaries.
Rotaract has make the world a better place to live
in. I am blessed to be a part of the
Rotaract family.
This bulletin aims to introduce the “board of di-
rectors” of our club to everyone.
I take this opportunity to introduce myself.
Hope we work on the right path and create be the
change we always wanted to see around us

Introduction to our Team 2015-16
About the Club :-
The Rotaract club of Padmanava College of engineering is an in-
stitution based club sponsored by ROTARY CLUB of Rourkela.
It has members who are heartily, eager to brush up their qualities
as responsible citizens, with high ethical standards in business
and studies. The club was founded on 28 oct 2009 by Debasish
Das with the help of Rotary President of Rourkela and Er. Balbir
Singh (PCE). At that time there were only 12 members. We work
with a motto of “Learn Grow Inspire”; currently(2015-2016) with
a team of 70+ members, who work whole heartedly to achieve
our motto as a team.

4.  We teach the children of Paharpur Basti,Sec- 6 , Rourkela
 We also plan to renovate the teaching place for the children.
 We wish to work for our community and make it better place.
 Proper Sanitation Systems. This will promote a sense of healthy
habits for the present and future generations.
