Serial child killer Robert Black has been sentenced to a further 25 years behind bars for the murder of a schoolgirl 30 years ago, his fourth conviction for killing a little girl. The former delivery driver kidnapped the little girl before dumping her body in water close to the main Belfast to Dublin route near Hillsborough, County Antrim. He is already serving multiple life terms in Wakefield prison after he was found guilty in 1994 of three unsolved child murders in the 1980s.

He is currently 64 and with his sentence he won`t be given a chance for parole `til he is 89. He has been accussed of 4 murders but could be linked to 20 murders and disappearing acts of 4-20 year-olds girls. Police investigated as many as 40 further cases in the 1990s to uncover whether there were links to Black. Twelve possible killings are understood to have been linked to him.
