large mixing bowl
Large spoon
can opener
You will need:
strainer
foil
6 craft sticks
6 paper cups
Muffin tin
2 cup measuring cup
Shopping List
of Ingredients
1 container Low-
fat vanilla yogurt
(6-8 oz)
15 ounce can
peach chunks
8 paper drink cups
(8 ounces)
Put cups in muffin tin.
Open yogurt.
Put the yogurt in the bowl.
Open can of peaches.
Drain fruit into strainer.
Use spoon to put fruit in cups.
Add water to juice to make 2 cups.
2 cups
Pour water and juice into bowl.
Stir!
Spoon mixture into cups.
Put a piece of foil across top of
each cup.
Push a craft stick through the
foil.
Put the cups in the freezer.
Wait 4 hours.
Take out of freezer.
Turn upside down and tear off
paper cup.
Eat and enjoy.
