This document introduces Project Controls Online (PCO), a central repository and networking website for project controls practitioners globally. PCO's objectives are to promote understanding of project controls, develop a central data repository, generate awareness of tools and practices, and build an exclusive practitioner network. Key features include e-learning, job listings, discussion forums, a virtual staffing service, practitioner networking, news, blogs, tool analyses, and an info directory. PCO currently has over 2,500 members across five continents within its first year.

PCO has grown a user base of over 2500 members in less than a year – and increasing exponentially. With our current growth rate, we expect to touch the mark of 5000 members by second quarter of 2011.
