Submission Module
Some features include:
 Complete submissions - Sample submission/abstract home page
 Enter and finish incomplete submissions
 See submission status and see reviewer’s comments
 Pay for submissions, (additional billing may be required to set up e-
Commerce)
 Edit submission if a project is set up to support this after a review has
been conducted
 Data capture steps allow users to cut and past from other sources
 Step-by-step online submission by submission type

Online Review Feature
 Clients are able to score/grade submissions as assigned by the system
or administrative user.
 Submissions are eligible to be blinded or double-blinded as access is
determined by the client.
 Reviewers can rate, provide comments, and approve submissions.
 Author and institution information can be hidden from or made available
to other reviewers as directed by the client.
 From the “My Reviews area, a reviewer can quickly see the status of
their assigned reviews through our “Score Card” view of their
assignments.
 Should a client allow it, any reviewer can opt-out due to a conflict of
interest causing a submission to need to be re-assigned.

Speaker Management Module

Roles Methodology
Defined as:
Building of educational content specifying what roles (i.e.
submitter, reviewer, etc.) people “play” within a session.
Ai staff and our clients identify the roles within their sessions that
require a person to take action. Our modules are designed to
engage people to complete the actions based on business rules
set up by roles.
Once a person is assigned a role they are invited to log in and
actions are staged for completion. Each display a deadline so our
administrative users can check the status from the project’s
administrative dashboard.

Features include:
 Create a credit claiming process based
on your accreditation and business rules
 Credit type awarded by profession and
can track licensing numbers
 Allows claiming once the session is
completed
 Offer pre and post evaluations
 Eliminates paper-based evaluations,
share speaker feedback and scores
when using our speaker module
 Online method for emailing and printing
of certificates by an attendee

 Award credit by tracking attendance or using a
session specific code

Session Builder Module
Features include:
 Set up options to allow sessions to be built by committee members
assigned by the administrator
 Using our session shell option places limits on sessions being built and
the timing of presentations within each session
 Use a search feature to slot submission into a session, while viewing
reviewer scores and comments
 Assign and manage speakers in their sessions
 Approved sessions move into our speaker module, so speakers can log
in and complete tasks assigned to them

Features include:
 Look up feature to see and search and educational program
 Tag sessions an attendee wants to attend, limit access to paid
sessions

 Download/access handouts and presentations before, during, and

  • 2. + Ai Evolution Solutions We will create a project plan for each phase of the planning process. Based on a client’s needs a project plan will include the following modules:  Submission  Review, decision and notification  Event and speaker scheduling  Continuing education for certificate issuance and evaluation  Web module  Exhibitor module
  • 4. + Submission Module Some features include:  Complete submissions - Sample submission/abstract home page  Enter and finish incomplete submissions  See submission status and see reviewer’s comments  Pay for submissions, (additional billing may be required to set up e- Commerce)  Edit submission if a project is set up to support this after a review has been conducted  Data capture steps allow users to cut and past from other sources  Step-by-step online submission by submission type
  • 5. + Online Review Feature  Clients are able to score/grade submissions as assigned by the system or administrative user.  Submissions are eligible to be blinded or double-blinded as access is determined by the client.  Reviewers can rate, provide comments, and approve submissions.  Author and institution information can be hidden from or made available to other reviewers as directed by the client.  From the “My Reviews area, a reviewer can quickly see the status of their assigned reviews through our “Score Card” view of their assignments.  Should a client allow it, any reviewer can opt-out due to a conflict of interest causing a submission to need to be re-assigned.
  • 6. + Speaker Management Module  Online Speaker Resource Center for all speaker access  Capture a speaker picture and bio  Require completion of a speaker contract or agreement  Capture session description information  Capture A/V needs by assignment  Collect releases when sessions are recoded  Require speakers to upload handouts and presentations  Provide a “task list” for all speakers with deadlines Actions an administrator user can do:  Create sessions and assign speaking roles  Track deadlines and send reminders using our email tool  Use our look ups to create your educational program  Manage all speaker schedules and handle changes  Run reports  Create other activities such as:  Committee and private meeting
  • 8. + Roles Methodology Defined as: Building of educational content specifying what roles (i.e. submitter, reviewer, etc.) people “play” within a session. Ai staff and our clients identify the roles within their sessions that require a person to take action. Our modules are designed to engage people to complete the actions based on business rules set up by roles. Once a person is assigned a role they are invited to log in and actions are staged for completion. Each display a deadline so our administrative users can check the status from the project’s administrative dashboard.
  • 9. + CME/CE Module Features include:  Create a credit claiming process based on your accreditation and business rules  Credit type awarded by profession and can track licensing numbers  Allows claiming once the session is completed  Offer pre and post evaluations  Eliminates paper-based evaluations, share speaker feedback and scores when using our speaker module  Online method for emailing and printing of certificates by an attendee Users will be able to:  Award credit by tracking attendance or using a session specific code  Great for awarding a certificate of attendance  Allow for partial credit claiming  Create testing component to offer Enduring Activities  Built-in reporting tool to create ad hoc reports which are great for accreditation reporting needs  Quick look up by person so an admin can email a certificate after the conference
  • 10. + Session Builder Module Features include:  Set up options to allow sessions to be built by committee members assigned by the administrator  Using our session shell option places limits on sessions being built and the timing of presentations within each session  Use a search feature to slot submission into a session, while viewing reviewer scores and comments  Assign and manage speakers in their sessions  Approved sessions move into our speaker module, so speakers can log in and complete tasks assigned to them  Click here for my “My Program Grid” sample
