pc-mac didn't need us for long periods of time. So we simply allocated
a day a fortnight for the first couple of months to get things moving.
We took time learning about the business, and where their vision was.
We listened, and we looked at where they were and then advised on
some simple steps of getting them where they wanted to be. Not rocket
science, just simple basic marketing. After that it was quite simply
working with pc-mac on a job by job basis.
