Ted Sidgwick, Director of Implementation
Ted started his career with Lloyds TSB in 1986 in Branch Banking
where he worked until 2008. Latterly he was Head of Product Delivery
responsible for LloydsLink Cash Management, Electronic Banking and
Payments Management.
More recently Ted worked for VocaLink as the Senior Product
Manager for European Business Development and then Post Office
Limited as Head of Planning and Delivery, ensuring the execution of
the £650m commercial budget/business plan.
In his current role as Director of Implementation for PayLink, Ted is
responsible for the management and execution of our product suite
for external customers.

Simon Palmer, CIO
Simon has around 20 years’ experience in all phases of design,
development, implementation and delivery in the IT arena. During
this period he has worked across a range of industries including retail
& investment banking, logistics, retail and pharmaceutical.
Most recently Simon’s role at an Oracle platinum partner was as
Technology Delivery Director heading up Managed and Professional
services. Simon was instrumental in the growth of the business from a
20-man operation to over 150 staff taking revenues from £3m to over
£40m.
Simon’s role with PayLink is responsible for delivering all IT elements
that support the developing product proposition.

India Hitch, Head of Proposition Development
With over 12 years’ experience within a sales environment, India
has worked in financial services for the last 5 years. With a focus on
sales and operations India’s experience covers a range of financial
products and she has been instrumental in supporting the growth of
key businesses within the Totemic Group.
In her role in PayLink, India is instrumental in the continuous
development of PayLink’s proposition and is focused on ensuring the
client requirements are part of the consideration process.

Jill Sparks, Director of Operations
Jill has over 17 years’ experience in the financial services industry.
During this time she has worked in Debt Management, Asset
Finance, Client Money, and large volume transactional processing
environments.
In her most recent role, Jill has developed a central processing
team, segregating functions embedded within other businesses into
a standalone entity which now processes in the region of £35m per
month, reducing costs, improving efficiency and delivering greater
standards of compliance.
Jill is Director of Operations for the banking division of Totemic and for
the Paylink brand.
