3. -Pay It Forward Foundation is a nonprofit whose
mission is to inspire, promote and celebrate kind
acts by furthering the “pay it forward” principle
(www.pifexperience.org)
-The Pay It Forward Bracelet: The Bracelet, which is
synonymous with the Foundation’s brand, is meant to
be worn and then given to the recipient of a person’s
kind act. The recipient is then asked to pay the
gesture forward
4. - Organization in need of funds to replenish supply of “Pay It
Forward” bracelets
- A bigger presence of the Pay It Forward movement on
college campuses
5. OBJECTIVES:
-raise funds for purchase of “Pay It Forward” bracelets
-raise awareness of the Pay It Forward movement
within the local community and on Belmont’s campus.
IMPACT OBJECTIVE:
-raise $500.00 for the Pay It Forward organization
6. - Informational convocation on Belmont’s campus
complete with an opportunity for attendees to participate
in a kindness activity
- Online fundraising campaign via FirstGiving
- Use of social media, i.e. Facebook and Twitter
- Fundraising event at Sweet CeCe’s complete with free
raffle
7. - Creation of a T-shirt with the “Pay It Forward” logo
- More organized and effective raffle at the Sweet CeCe’s
event
- Better attendance of convocation event
