 From 88 to 96, as Corporate Entity Controller at Texas Instruments. Dealed with the closing of the
Semiconductors plant, changes in all the process, also change in systems (hw,sw), automation of
the operations through EDI with banks, suppliers and customers, tax recouping. I was responsible
for all the Control & Finance functions.
 From 1986 to 1987, as the Controller of Group Danilac, I was responsible for the creation and
implementation of an emergency plan to regain the profitability. The plan include tax recouping,
fixed assets revaluation, reduction on the demand for electric power and the implementation of
systems for account receivable and payable.
 At Eli Lilly and Searle, from 80 to 86, as Senior Financial Analyst I was responsible for the budget
preparation and follow-up, preparation of the schedules sent for the board of directors, and other

and participating on the project of the acquisition of the Laboratories Andromaco.
