To Whom It May Concern,
It is without reservation that I recommend Caitlin Bruni for a teaching position in your school. I
have no doubt that she will achieve the same success that she achieved here at Ad Prima Charter
School. As site director, I engaged her to teach a newly formed group of kindergarten students in the
middle of the 2014-2015 school year. She was quick to adapt to the way we did things. Mrs. Bruni’s
performance greatly exceeded our expectations. Caitlin is enthusiastic and creative, yet flexible. She is
very conscientious in providing the best possible learning environment for each of her students. She paid
equal attention to all students and did not mind going the extra mile to help those struggling with their
work. While at Ad Prima, Caitlin had the opportunity to work with students who possessed a wide range
of talents and learning needs. She worked to develop lessons that incorporated visual representations and
hands-on opportunities. She administered school wide required assessments to all her students and met
regularly with administration to discuss assessment results. Mrs. Bruni developed positive relationships
with both the parents and students that she served. I often received positive feedback from the parents of
her students. They would especially praise her ability to communicate with their children and them as
well. Caitlin was the favorite teacher of many parents, mainly due to her keeping in contact with them
on a daily basis. She completed all of our required staff training and worked to incorporate her new
learning into her classroom instruction. Mrs. Bruni proved to be a very dependable member of our staff.
She is a team player and gets along well with other teachers and school personnel.
I assure you that Caitlin Bruni would be a great addition to your school family.
