Objective
The purpose of this patient satisfaction study is to provide Professional Urologists with description(s) of the quality of customer service Professional Urologists is delivering to its patients. To accomplish this goal, a quantitative study was undertaken to determine the level of customer service which Professional Urologists is providing.

Methodology
We developed a quantitative study employing a ten-point Likert scale and other objective questions, along with solicitation of other comments for data collection. The questionnaire is provided in the appendix. The survey was provided all patients seen during the six-week data collection.
A questionnaire, cover letter, and self-addressed (to researchers)/stamped envelope (provided by Professional Urologists) was given to patients, along with brief instructions, by a designated Professional Urologists staff person. The patient was asked to complete the questionnaire at home and mail it within two days. Upon collection of the sample, questionnaires were tabulated and analyzed, and the results are presented in this report.
Personnel
Design, collection, tabulation, analysis, and presentation was be done by Martian Marketing Research Company. Professional Urologists was responsible for distributing the questionnaires according to the established procedure. A training session was included for the employee(s) designated by Professional Urologists.
Analysis of Results
For the first 10 questions the patients were asked to circle the number that best expressed their level of agreement or disagreement with the statement. 10 was Agree and 1 was Disagree.
