Michelle Obama is an American lawyer and was the First Lady of the United States from 2009 to 2017 as the wife of President Barack Obama. She was born in 1964 in Chicago and graduated from Princeton University and Harvard Law School. After finishing her studies, she worked as an attorney in Chicago and for the city government. She met her husband Barack Obama in Chicago and they married in 1992, having two daughters together.
