PNEUMATIC SHEET BENDING MACHINE
About the Project:
One of the most common fabrication operations is metal bending.
Bending of sheets and rods is done using bending machines mostly manually or using hydraulic pressure.
Well we here develop a small and lightweight machine to bend low thickness metal sheets using pneumatic
pressure
The valve button when pressed/moved drives pressure through the cylinder thus pressurizing and pushing the
tool against the other v tool.
3. AIM OF PRODUCT
Pneumatic sheet bending machine will reduce the manual efforts of the user
Pneumatic sheet bending machine will be useful to the user to manage and
generate accurate results for sheet bending
It will reduce the time compare to manually doing
4. DRAWING
This machine makes bending a single operator work whereas 2 operators are needed for all manual bending
processes.
