Managed 105 staff and volunteers for Children’s Ministry and Young Adult programs.
Started and created events such as “Kid Sports” and “Kid Splash” summer programs and
“Kid’s Night Out” events for over 150 children. I also created our “Daddy-Daughter Date
Night” and the “Mother-Son Date Night”. I was responsible for the recruiting, training and
mentoring of adult and student volunteers as well as paid staff. Developed and
coordinated church wide and community events for 800+ people; through strategic
planning in program development, marketing and promotion, audio-visual, program
budgeting and on-site supervision for each event. Annual community events included
“Fall Fest” in October and “Winter Wonderland” on Christmas Eve. I provided guidance
and counseling to families and students. I also supervised court mandated community
service volunteers while providing guidance and mentoring.

Patrolled in high crime rate areas in the city of Oceanside and responded to dispatched
calls to enforce laws and ensure public safety. I investigated criminal activity, gathered
evidence and interviewed victims, witnesses and suspects. Prepared accurate and
complete reports. Enforced traffic laws and investigated vehicle collisions. I escorted
prisoners, served warrants and appeared in court to testify in cases when required. I also
worked with community members to identify problems and provided solutions.

Prepared lesson plans and taught the basic skills in Math, Science, History, Reading,

I was the morning show host for KAFC 93.7 FM radio station. I also met with clients, wrote
scripts, edited material and produced radio ads. Oversaw and produced artist interviews
