1. PVC NEW BAGGING LINE – TARO PALLETIZER
This picture was taken during commissioning of the Palletizer at Vinyl Chloride (M) Sdn. Bhd.’s PVC plant in Kerteh,
Terengganu, Malaysia.
Previously dormant, it was relocated from ABF Bintulu plant as a cost saving initiative instead of puchasing new unit.

Troubleshooting PLC communication error with service engineer from Siemens and contractor fromWehaya.

3. PVC NEW BAGGING LINE – TARO PALLETIZER
E&I Specialist Mr. Bayani C. Baluyot, assist in troubleshooting PLC COM error, with reference to schematics &
programs.

4. PVC NEW BAGGING LINE – TARO PALLETIZER
Upon troubleshooting, confirmed communication card faulty which needed immediate replacement.

5. PVC NEW BAGGING LINE – TARO PALLETIZER
Final check before start of commissioning activity with Bagging Specialist Edilberto De Castro and Ooi from Newlong.

6. PVC NEW BAGGING LINE – TARO PALLETIZER
Commissiong was a Success! 8 layers of PVC 25kg bags perfectly stacked, ready for the import market.
