Rice and seafood paella is prepared with prawns, crayfish, squid, mussels, clams, green pepper, red pepper, rice, and fish broth. The ingredients are browned and simmered together, then the rice is added along with boiling broth. The paella bakes at 200°C for 10 minutes before the shellfish is added back in and baked for another 3-4 minutes. Once finished baking, the paella is left to rest before serving.
