11. We want to initially introduce a Tailor-Made module for Corporate achievement.
This is a 6 hr module which can be completed in two session of 3 hr. each,
including a break in each session
The module includes postures, breath modulation, sound and energy kriya.
Videos, awareness talks and meditation are also part of the sessions.
After the completion of course, the participants can practice the module regularly
at their home in under 30 Minutes and make it a part of their life.
These are very sensitive and refined technologies, which needs a Committed

14. In order to deliver our Module for best results we request you to
ensure that the following suggestions are kept in mind to create the
conducive conditions required for imparting the practice
Comfortable Clothing
Empty Stomach of the participants (Minimum 4 hour gap after a meal)
6 X 6 sq. ft. space required for each individual participant
The most suitable timing for each session would be morning hours before Lunch
All Participants are required to get their own Yoga Mats, if they require
Refreshments offered must be Light on Stomach like Juices, Tea, Cookies, etc.
15. Cost Rs 550/- only per participant per hour ( for a batch of 20 participants ) for
coordinating, and organizing the entire module, which does not include the
cost of Venue, Refreshments and Facilities like Cushions, Yoga Mats, etc.
