The Oxford Sustainable Development Enterprise (OxSDE) is a digital and research technology organization registered in the UK that uses data, AI, and IoT to support sustainable economic growth and job creation. It has partnerships with Oxford University, Imperial College London, and IBM. OxSDE operates an online platform called SAMO that implements the EU's Smart Specialization Strategy using data analysis. The organization provides data-driven advisory services, trains people in data science and related fields, and supports startups and innovative ecosystems through its Data Innovation Hubs. It is led by a director and management team with expertise in digital transformation, data science, economics, and computing.

2. INTRODUCTION
 The Oxford Sustainable Development Enterprise, OXFORD-SDE or OxSDE (formerly known as the
Economic Geography Research Group of University of Oxford), is an innovative European Economic
Interest Group (E.E.I.G.) that is supported by IBM UK. We are registered in the United Kingdom with
headquarters in Oxford and London and are in partnership with Oxford University Innovation and Imperial
college London.
 OxSDE is an online central hub designed to educate, inspire and prepare start-up communities for the
digital age. We are a part of Global and Space Start-up Ecosystem www.spacestartupecosystem.com which
accelerates thousands of companies across 90 countries.
 As the fastest growing online community for start-ups, the platform also creates digital accelerator
programs for corporations, universities and governments via its Digital Lab division
 The OxSDE group has a wide range of highly qualified experts acting as a catalyst and a clearing house for
cooperative efforts among members and associated members alike.

3. BACKGROUND
 OxSDE is a Digital and Research Technology Organisation University (RTO- U) that started in May 2001. The group is registered at the
UK Company House as a Sustainable Development Enterprise (SDE) as a European Economic Interest Grouping ( EEIG ), with three key
member partners:

-Dr . Stefano Bonfa (IBM consultant)
 SDE (EEIG) has evolved into an European Research Technology Organisation registered as Oxford Sustainable Development Enterprise
(OxSDE) European Economic Interest Group. OxSDE is at moment independent and supporting the European public sector at a local,
regional and national level. Additionally, the Group supports the private industry (Large Enterprises, ME and RTO spinoff) and Civil Society
in design by implementing data innovative strategy solutions using Data-Cube IoT and Artificial Intelligence.
 The Oxfordshire Model for implementing the EU Smart Start-ups Specialisation Strategy (S3) was adapted by OxSDE as an innovation
data driven approach linked to the discovery of local innovative driven ideas ; leading for a strategical economy growth and job creation.
 Today, OxSDE is able to establish Data Innovation Hub for the digital regional transformation. In this context, the SAMO platform is
implementing the European Smart Specialisation Strategy (S3) directive framework aiming to discover:
- Territorial innovative ecosystems data driven cluster
- Incubator and start-ups
- Identify sustainable economic territorial grow
- Innovative job creation
 OxSDE being able to establish Data Innovation Hub was possible through:
- The Strategical Advanced Modelling Online (SAMO) based on OPEN DATACUBE IoT AI platform funded by ESA-Earth Observation
Entrepreneurships Initiative (EOEI)
