○ Go into your calendar and set up a repeating reminder in Dec to complete declaration
3. Set up online banking for all billing accounts
○ phone, internet, hydro, gas, credit cards, bank accounts, CRA. Most online accounts
provide access to digital statements for 24 or more months. Can also call request for
records longer than that.
○ Primary residence
i. Driver’s Licence address

4. Get organized!!!!
○ start a folder on your laptop/computer for documents. Scan a copy of signed lease
