Redline eVlew
Redline Review is a project collaboration tool allowing project
members to ask questions, redline drawings, post additional information,
review specifications and communicate efficiently. Redline Review keeps track
of comments live which in turn saves thousands of dollars on courier and overnight
expenses, all while moving the information in seconds instead of days. In addition,
all comments are date and time-stamped and remain as part of the project archive.
5. BIM Collaboration with Adobe 3D PDF's
MySmartPlans has the ability to convert up to 64 different BIM model formats to Adobe
3D PDF's. Users now have the ability to view, collaborate and use BIM models for
facility management using only Adobe Reader. BIM Models converted to Adobe 3D
PDF's are approximately 100 times smaller creating greater user acceptance and
using minimal computer hardware

directly onto the 3D PDF in 2D or
3D. The entire team can be making
review comments simultaneously
on the 3D model. Comments
record the user, status, checked
status, type, date, time and the
model view the user was
displaying when they made the comments. Comments can be searched by keyword,
reviewer, type or status. Comments can be sorted and exported to third party products
and comments can be summarized on a variety of reports. Comments are updated in
near real time allowing almost instantaneous updates by users anywhere in the world.

• Users register through an ITB public notice or e-mail blast
• Users automatically recieve synchronized updates through the
dashboard
• All project documents are quickly searchable and bookmarked to
the selection level
