4. Confidentially Agreement
There is a confidentially agreement between
client and us which both parties sign on it. This
will be for Security of your Data, Login
information, or all other private information of
clients. The purpose of it is very important for
future references for both Parties.
5. Scan the Documents
You have to scan the documents like Bank statements,
credit card statements, Cash Receipts, Payroll
Reports, Bills, Invoices, loan statements etc in PDF
format.
If you have online banking login information, you can
provide the access Read Only. If you don’t want to
provide the login, you can download the statements
directly from online banking and save those as PDF
and then send us through email or any other sharing
method as per your comfortable.
6. Send the Documents via Share Drives
After scanning, Send us the documents (Bank
statements, credit card statements, Cash Receipts,
Payroll Reports, Bills, Invoices & other documents in
PDF format) when you leave the office. Documents
can sent through email/Dropbox/Google Drive/One
Drive etc. If you have any other means of transferring
that data, you can let us know.
7. Provide the Information of Remote Servers
You have to provide the information of Remote
Desktop/Gotomypc.com/LogMeIn/Right network
Or others which you like to prefer via emails or
other sharing methods.
If You like to provide the QB portable or backup
or Accountant Copy files, then we can restore
that file at our side and start working on that
file.
We have our own QuickBooks software available.
8. At our morning time, we will work on those
documents and QB files at our side or by
using your Computer as per their
satisfaction. We will process the banks
input, credit cards information, Bills or
invoices, Cash Transactions and all other
information in the accounting software and
reconcile the Balances according to
Statements.

9. Get Back to you with Status
After completion of work, we will get back
to you with status. We will give you all the
detail of work which we did. If case of any
question, we will ask to client while sending
status. After getting the response, we will
make require changes as per client
satisfaction.
