What & Why ?
 People take a break for various reasons and then get back into
their old or new jobs. Reasons for exit may be many but the
entry always mandates eligibility based on competence. The
track aims at helping people from a long break or short to equip
themselves with skills and to map the learning routes on their
own as well as understand some prerequisites while
relaunching a new innings.
