MDI Gurgaon organized its 24th annual management convention called Delphique. Over 800 people attended the event, including over 70 corporate leaders. Delphique featured research panel discussions, an international business plan competition called Vincenza, a national case study challenge called Cerebro, and a model UN conference. The convention provided an opportunity for students, faculty, and industry professionals to network and discuss management issues.

2. Established in 1973, MDI Gurgaon is one of the premier
business schools of India. Over a period of 40 years, MDI has
carved a unique position for itself in delivering management
education to both executives and graduate students.
The B-school has the country’s largest exchange program and is
the first ti launch an International Summer University. It is the
also the first B-school in India to be internationally accredited
by AMBA(Association of MBAs), UK.
MDI makes significant contributions in both the academic and
corporate worlds through incisive research and through its
training programs thus translating best practices from
academia to industry. It has more than 70 full time and 105
visiting faculty of national and international acclaim. It has
three residential programs of management and four other
training programs for executives.

3. MDI Gurgaon organized Delphique – The National Management Convention at its
campus partner with 24 companies with the presence of more than 70 corporate leaders
and industry stalwarts. This was the 24rd year of Delphique and the involvement of over
800 attendees & participants.
Famously known as the Red Carpet event of MDI, Delphique has been a confluence of
three events:
1. Research Panel Discussion – Faculty mentored research coupled with a high
profile panel discussion

4. MUN – Model United Nations
The convention brings together more than 70 corporate leaders from different
management backgrounds and thus ensures an enriching learning experience for all
involved. Delphique focuses on strong research in various domains of management. The
quality of research is ensured by students backed by faculty guidance and industry
mentorship. It is the perfect platform for people from the industry, academia and the
student community to interact and discuss their perspectives regarding various issues in

8. Vincenza is the annual B-Plan competition of MDI
Gurgaon which focuses on providing a platform and
to budding entrepreneurs. The winners
support
receive a very attractive cash prize, and an
opportunity to work with the MDI Incubation Center.
Vincenza 2019 was launched on Dare2Compete and received
300+ business plans from students across premier B-Schools,
and new start-ups.
Top 12 Teams were selected and received the opportunity to
present live in front of an esteemed judge panel.

9. Dialectic is the annual national level B-school debate
competition organized by Delphique.
For the participants – Dialectic helps the participants speak
