Dear Mr.Pal
I think we are in the same boat for the last 2 ½ months as far as your associaĕon with my ward Master
Suparno Bhaĥa goes.
Before you joined as his guide for tutoring computer science , Class –XI, Suparno had virtually NIL knowledge
as far as his Class XI Comp Sc syllabus goes. He had pracĕcally zero knowledge in C++ and was in rough sea
about to be drowned in final exams.
But, equipped with just 10 of your classes, I am glad to state that he did very well ( above expectaĕons) in his
final exam last month.
What we liked about you are mulĕfarious:‐
Your way of mingling with your student – not as a teacher but as a friend
b) Your communicaĕon skills and your trait to match your student’s wavelength
You are perhaps the only guide who uses the big white board for explaining the topics at my residence
d) You have been kind enough to load various computer so├ware onto his laptop for pracĕcal pracĕce at home.
You have prepared your own course materials (in colour scripts) which I must say are excellent.
You have taken regular tests / exams on theory and pracĕcal. This has improved Suparno’s memory retenĕon
capabiliĕes immensely.
You have been very accommodaĕve at ĕmes when we requested you for a sudden change in his tutorial
ĕmings etc.
h) You have been very communicaĕve with Suparno’s parents all throughout.
I can just state, any parent will feel at home with you at his side and any student will feel invincible if you are
by his side all‐through.
