The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is an intergovernmental organization that focuses on early warning, conflict prevention, crisis management, and post-conflict rehabilitation. It has 57 participating states located in Europe, Central Asia, and North America. The OSCE addresses a wide range of security-related concerns including arms control, counter-terrorism, economic and environmental activities, and human rights.
